We sit down (virtually) and I ask the questions you've never had time to reflect on. Most people finish this call and say the same thing: I'd never thought about it like that. That's the point. This is 60 minutes, just on you and your business. It's more like a proper business therapy session, except you come out with a plan.

The expert view.

Your website, your socials, how you come across to someone who doesn't know you yet. I go through everything the way a stranger would. What's working. What's putting the right people off. Why the enquiries you want aren't coming in.

Your written guide.

Everything we find, written down and yours to keep. Four things inside it:
  • What makes you different, in words you can actually use
  • Who your ideal client is, their situation, their worries, why they pick you
  • What I found, what's working, what isn't, and why
  • What to tackle first, in order of what will actually make a difference

Every project I work on starts with the MOT because it is essential to whatever follows. If we skip it, the outcome won't be one that sounds like you or pulls in the right people.
That's usually what happens when the thinking gets skipped. A template, a quick turnaround, someone who barely spoke to you before starting. The reason every project starts with the MOT is that the conversation is the work, and nothing gets made until I actually know you.
Not at all. The guide is yours to keep and act on yourself if that's what you want. Most people do continue to work with me on bigger projects, and when they do, the £495 comes off. But there's no obligation, no upsell, no sales pitch at the end of our call.
That's exactly the point. The MOT takes 60 minutes plus a short questionnaire, and a 30-minute follow-up call once your guide is ready. I do everything in between. You come out of it with fewer decisions on your plate, not more.
If you've been going for six months or more and have some clients coming in but feel like something's not quite clicking, yes. If you're in the very first weeks and still figuring out what you're offering, it's probably too soon, the conversation is more useful once you've got something to build on.
